Let's help the Movimento ALP

We are excited to start our first collaboration with Movimento Ajude a Limpar a Praia. Rodolfo Amado and his team of volunteers organize beach clean-ups in and around Ericeira. They also invest in environmental education to help everyone learn how to keep our beaches clean and beautiful. Roberto reached out to us with a number of requests for help.

How you can help the Movimento ALP:

join their periodical beach clean-ups in and around Ericeira
create regular videocontent about their clean-ups for their social media channels
help create a short documentary about the Movimento to attract more sponsors
help to get in contact with a car brand to negotiate the use of a small truck to remove all the waste they collect form the beaches

3horas is a new matchmaker between foreign citizens and local social and sustainable initiatives in Ericeira and the Lisbon area. We ask foreign citizens to donate 3 hours per month (or if they want: per week) to share their skills and time to help.

By investing time in each other, foreign citizens can help local initiatives to grow, and these initiatives can help foreign citizens to become a relevant part of the community.

When you sign up you'll get acces to our mailinglist and Whatsapp group where we regularly post initiatives that need specific help, and how to get in contact with them.

Our aim is to give the growing amount of foreign citizens of Ericeira the means to contribute to the local community, and help bridge the gap between locals and foreigners in our beautiful city.
